My hobby for about 20 years was working on my family genealogy. I collected birth and death certificates on several hundred relatives and ancestors going back over a period of more than 400 years. Many of the children died at birth or within the first 2 years of their lives.
Many of my ancestors lived into their 90s. My great grandmother died at the age of one hundred and two, and one of my grandfathers was in perfect health until his sudden death in 1985 at the age of 92.
I have since seen many of my relatives die at much younger ages and have seen a lot of degenerative diseases claiming their health. Currently, my oldest family member is in her early 70s.
While you may not have information on your family members going that far back in time, I would suspect that the trend is similar for your family.
My own health improved dramatically with eliminating negative influences. In hindsight, I know that these negative vibrations held me back for many years in many ways.
I’ve made many mistakes. But these mistakes have been powerful learning opportunities for me to change my life, and to help other change their lives, too.
It was difficult at times to make all of the changes to eliminate the negative influences. I chose not to look at it as a struggle though.
I shifted my own paradigm of how I perceived things and chose to feel empowered by the knowledge that I had.
Change can be difficult. But the choice to view those difficulties as opportunities can change your life.
Be patient with yourself in your journey. If it is too difficult to make some of the changes, then don’t make those changes just yet. Skip those things that seem too difficult, and work on raising your vibration with the positive influences. The reason I recommend not making the most difficult changes now is because if you think it will be difficult, it will be.

Work on what feels right for you. Sometimes it is difficult to find time for yourself or to fit anything else into your schedule that is not essential to getting through the day. Choose the things that make you feel most empowered to take charge of your life.
